1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Lemon88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Lemon88 website located at lemon88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and customer account features.

By accessing the Lemon88 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Lemon88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Lemon88 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally recognised standards for online casino and gambling platforms.
2. You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated agents may not register an Account.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.

5. You are not self-excluded from online gambling platforms or subject to any court order or regulatory directive restricting your participation in gambling.

7. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Lemon88 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all such Accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Lemon88 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of each Player. You may be requested to submit the following documents at any time:

• A clear copy of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. Lemon88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Lemon88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Lemon88 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All games and betting markets on the Platform are for entertainment purposes. Gambling does not guarantee any financial return and carries an inherent risk of financial loss.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

6 Deposits & Payments

Lemon88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate convenient MYR deposits. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and refunded, subject to applicable processing fees.
• Lemon88 does not accept deposits made from funds derived from criminal activity or proceeds of fraud.
• Deposit limits may be set voluntarily by Players at any time by contacting support, in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.
• Lemon88 does not charge deposit fees on MYR transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Failed or Pending Deposits

In the event that a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate duplicate payment attempts without first consulting support, as this may result in duplicate charges.

7 Withdrawals

Lemon88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Cross-account withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification at Lemon88's discretion.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) may take up to 1 to 3 business hours.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's active VIP Tier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if outstanding wagering requirements remain, the Account is under review, or compliance documentation is pending.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Lemon88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and Deepavali Festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your Account balance. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Lemon88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general wagering principles apply:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

• Any withdrawal attempt before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

8.3 Referral Programme

Players who refer new registrants via their unique referral code may earn rewards subject to the active referral programme terms. The referred player must complete registration, KYC verification, and make a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal. Fraudulent referrals using false identities will result in permanent Account suspension.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the Lemon88 platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as sport- and game-specific rules published in the respective sections of the Platform.

• Sports Betting: Bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other markets are subject to market-specific rules. Odds are displayed in real time and may fluctuate. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or betting slip. Placing a bet is deemed acceptance of the applicable limits.
• Bet Voidance: Lemon88 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error is identified. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be voided and stakes refunded.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in a Restricted Territory or in violation of applicable local law;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and are subject to reversal;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards Lemon88 staff or other players;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling restrictions, including self-exclusion;
• Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of any jurisdiction.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Lemon88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct;
• Regulatory obligations require it, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance;
• The Account has been identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age;
• A Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, following satisfactory completion of any pending compliance review.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the Lemon88 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 72 hours.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemon88 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable local laws;
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

Lemon88's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

Lemon88 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop gambling-related problems, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time by contacting our support team or through Account settings.
• Players may request a cooling-off period (temporary suspension of 24 hours to 30 days) or self-exclusion (6 months to permanent) at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion through re-registration will result in permanent platform-wide prohibition.
• All accounts are strictly 21+ only. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and return of all net deposits.

14 Privacy & Data

15 Amendments to These Terms

Lemon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lemon88 holds its online gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to Lemon88's internal dispute resolution process.

Players are encouraged to raise disputes via the support team in the first instance. Lemon88 commits to acknowledging formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and issuing a final resolution within 30 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players may have recourse to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the applicable gaming licence.
